Phthinia ramificans

Diagnostic description: 

Phthinia ramificans is most similar to P. neptunei, but can be distinguished by the structure of the male terminalia. The female is unknown.

Taxon biology: 

Phthinia ramificans is a rarely collected species. Based on the limited records from British Columbia and Quebec, it seems to exhibit a boreal distribution. Seasonal distribution is July–August.
