Blagorrhina brevicornis (after Hippa, Mattsson & Vilkamaa, 2005)
Blagorrhina brevicornis seems to be larger than B. blagoderovi, but the sizes will certainly be found to overlap when more material is studied. In the characters of the hypopygium, the difference in the shape of the tegmen should be noted: in B. brevicornis the whole tegmen is relatively shorter and it is apicolaterally rather rounded, not with concave sides.
MALE. As for B. blagoderovi except: Length of antenna approximately equal to height of head. Anterior pronotum with 5–7 setae. Episternum 1 with 7–10 setae. Laterotergite with 1–3 setae. Length of spur on tibia 2 three times as long as apical width of tibia. Length of basitarsomere 1/length of tibia 1 0.71–0.74. Basitarsomere 3 four times as broad as basitarsomere 1.
FEMALE. Unknown.
Wing length 1.49–1.75 mm.
