Mycomya sigma

According to Hutson et al. (1980), this species has been reared from Auricularia. Adults have been caught by sweeping, and with light, pitfall, Malaise and rotary traps. The collecting biotopes given are mixed forest, beech forest, pine forest, and an old lumber pile. The Finnish specimens have been caught in boreal forests, bogs and on fells in Lapland.
